Returns and Exchanges:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, contact us within 3 days of receipt notifying us of your intent to return the item. We will issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The item must be shipped within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping and handling. Clearance and any sale items are non-refundable. Each item must be returned to Susan 's Treasure Chest in the same condition as it was originally sent. Damaged items cannot be accepted for refund due to client negligence.

Note: International orders cannot be returned for refund. If product is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY after you email for instructions.

What to do?

1. Send the item back in the original packing material to avoid damage with the RMA number attached to the merchandise.
